Welcome to AdTown ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a product of Aivirex Innovations LLP. By accessing or using the AdTown platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service", "Agreement").

AdTown is a two-sided online marketplace that connects advertising space owners with businesses and individuals seeking to advertise. The Platform facilitates discovery and communication between these parties but does not itself provide advertising services or guarantee any transactions.

2. Definitions

Platform

The AdTown website and any associated web applications operated by Aivirex Innovations LLP.

Space Owner

Any individual or business entity that lists advertising spaces on the Platform.

Advertiser

Any individual or business entity that uses the Platform to discover, inquire about, or book advertising spaces.

Listing

Any advertising space or inventory listed on the Platform by a Space Owner.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use AdTown, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• If registering on behalf of a business entity, have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

3.2 Account Responsibilities

When creating an Account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your Account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your Account
• Not using another User's Account without permission
• Not creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

4. Platform Services

Disclaimer

AdTown is solely a marketplace platform. We do not own, control, offer, or manage any listings. We are not a party to any agreements entered into between Space Owners and Advertisers. All transactions, negotiations, and agreements occur directly between the parties involved.

For Space Owners

• Create listings for their advertising spaces
• Set their own pricing, availability, and terms
• Communicate with potential Advertisers
• Manage bookings and availability
• Access analytics and performance data

Space Owners are required to subscribe to a paid plan to list more than one advertising space.

For Advertisers

Advertisers may use the Platform free of charge to:

• Browse and search available advertising spaces
• View listing details, pricing, and availability
• Contact Space Owners to inquire about bookings
• Save and compare listings

5. Subscription and Payments

Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid are non-refundable. This includes monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and any add-on services. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including:

• Cancellation of subscription before the end of billing period
• Downgrading to a lower-tier plan
• Unused listing slots or features
• Dissatisfaction with the Services
• Account termination due to violation of Terms

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or similar services)
• All fees are quoted and payable in the currency specified on the Platform (INR for India, AED for UAE)
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your Account

6. User Obligations and Conduct

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Listing advertising spaces they do not own or have no authority to list
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights of others
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Attempting to circumvent Platform fees or features
• Using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws
• Posting content that promotes illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or hate speech

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any listings or Content on the Platform are accurate, complete, or truthful
