This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and related matters for AdTown, a product of Aivirex Innovations LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By subscribing to AdTown's services or making any payment on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription Services

Subscription Plans

AdTown offers subscription plans to Space Owners for listing advertising inventory on the Platform. These plans are available on:

• Monthly Basis: Billed every month from the date of subscription
• Annual Basis: Billed once per year from the date of subscription

Free Services

The following services are provided free of charge:

• One (1) free listing for Space Owners (Free Tier)
• All services for Advertisers (browsing, searching, contacting Space Owners)

Free services do not require payment and therefore are not subject to refund considerations.

3. Refund Policy

NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to AdTown are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription fee is paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3.1 Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

• Monthly subscription fees
• Annual subscription fees
• Subscription upgrades
• Add-on services or features
• Promotional purchases
• Any other payments made to AdTown

3.2 Situations Where Refunds Will NOT Be Provided

• Cancellation of subscription before the end of the billing period
• Downgrading from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan
• Unused listing slots or features within your plan
• Dissatisfaction with the Platform or its services
• Failure to use the Platform during the subscription period
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Change in business circumstances or requirements

4. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Accessing your account settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription"
• Sending an email to contactaivirex@gmail.com with your cancellation request

Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

Immediate Effects

• Subscription remains active until the end of current billing period
• No charges for future billing periods
• Listings remain active until billing period ends

After Billing Period

• Listings will be deactivated (but not deleted)
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time
• No refund for unused time in current period

5. Transactions Between Users

Important Disclaimer

AdTown is a marketplace platform that connects Space Owners with Advertisers. We do not facilitate, process, or guarantee any financial transactions between users. All payments for advertising services occur directly between Space Owners and Advertisers, outside of our Platform.

User-to-User Transactions

Regarding transactions between Space Owners and Advertisers:

• AdTown is not a party to any agreements between users
• We do not process payments between users
• We do not hold funds in escrow
• We are not responsible for payment disputes between users
• We do not guarantee the completion of any transaction
• Refund policies for advertising services are determined by individual Space Owners

6. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled:

• Monthly subscriptions renew every month
• Annual subscriptions renew every year
• You will be charged automatically using your saved payment method
• To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the renewal date
